Delete your account

Here's how to delete your ClickOnBio account and your page.

In the app or the web studio
Open Account and tap “Delete account” at the very bottom. The flow shows you what happens first and then asks you to confirm.
If your account has no password yet, set one under Security first.
Without access to your account
Can't get into your account anymore? Write to us using the contact form or at info@clickonb.io, ideally from your account's email address. We'll delete it for you.

What happens next

Your page goes offline right away.
For 14 days you can restore everything. Just sign in again.
After that we permanently delete your page, items and statistics. We keep invoices and other documents as long as the law requires.
Your address becomes available again after 14 days. Printed QR codes may then lead to someone else's page.

The deletion flow shows you what happens to an ongoing contract before you confirm.

After the 14 days we permanently delete:

your sign-in details with email address and password
your page with all its content, links and settings
images and files you uploaded, including attachments to support requests that have not reached our support team yet
statistics

Unsent input on the device you use for the deletion is removed right away.

We keep invoices and bookkeeping records as long as the law requires, separately from the deleted account.
Your customer file at WERBUNGMACHER.DE with invoice address and receipts is not deleted automatically with the account.
We keep withdrawals you declared and your privacy requests as proof, without any link to your account.
Records of your consents remain without any link to your account.
We delete the security log after 365 days and the log of our emails after 90 days. Your entries in them lose the link to your account.
We keep requests to our support team for up to 3 years after the last activity.
